Terms of Service
Effective date: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of cybeautyone.com, including The Index, the Chroma Chart, editorial submissions, The Render, and inquiries to Cybeauty One Studio.
1. Operator and scope
Cybeauty One is operated by Viral Mind Technologies, based in Delaware, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree, do not submit material or use our services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; our Disclaimer explains important limits of our editorial content.
You must have the legal capacity to enter an agreement when requesting paid services. If you act for a company or another person, you must have authority to do so. The website is not intended for children under 13.
2. Acceptable use
You may browse, link to, and use the website for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass security or access restrictions, send spam or malicious code, impersonate others, submit false or unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use automated requests that disrupt the website. Do not collect personal information from the site for unsolicited marketing.
3. Editorial content and intellectual property
Our original articles, layout, branding, and other original website materials belong to Viral Mind Technologies or their licensors, to the extent protected by law. You may read and share links to them. Reproducing substantial portions or commercially reusing protected material requires permission, unless applicable law allows it. Nothing here restricts fair use, quotation, or other statutory rights.
Influencer names, handles, platform logos, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion in The Index or the Chroma Chart does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by either party.
4. Influencer submissions and features
By submitting an entry, you confirm that the details are accurate, the influencer is AI-generated, you make or manage it, and you have permission to provide the material and grant the rights below. Do not submit explicit content, a real person's likeness without permission, private information without authority, or an AI character presented deceptively as a real person.
You retain any rights you hold in your submission. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review the submitted influencer information and to reproduce, reasonably edit, and publish the supplied name, handle, description, and any supplied promotional materials for listings, rankings, and related editorial features on Cybeauty One and its social channels. This permission does not transfer ownership of your character or give us a right to sell it. Private contact details are handled under our Privacy Policy.
Entries are reviewed by people. We may accept, decline, correct, update, or remove them at our editorial discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication, a ranking, a feature, a response, followers, engagement, or income. Contact us to request a correction, removal, or an end to future use of your submission; we will review the request, subject to applicable rights, recordkeeping duties, and material already distributed by third parties.
5. Rankings, AI content, and accuracy
Follower counts are snapshots from the dates shown and may change. Rankings reflect our published method and editorial judgment. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. AI-generated portraits and characters are fictional and should not be treated as depictions of real people.
Our editorial material is for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking information before relying on it.
6. The Render
Subscribing requests email editions of The Render. Publication timing and content may vary. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Subscribing does not guarantee delivery of every message or create a paid subscription.
7. Studio work and external purchases
A studio inquiry is a request to discuss work, not a purchase or an accepted project. Scope, fees, payment timing, deliverables, ownership, revisions, cancellation, and refund arrangements must be agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement before work starts. That agreement controls the project if it conflicts with these general website terms.
We do not guarantee audience growth, platform approval, sales, or income from studio work. Products or services purchased through another website are governed by that seller's terms and the applicable checkout or service agreement. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights.
8. External websites
Links to social profiles, tools, products, and other websites are provided for convenience or editorial context. We do not control their availability, content, security, or data practices. Review their terms and privacy notices before using them.
9. Availability and warranties
We may update or discontinue website features and may restrict access to prevent abuse or protect the service. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its editorial content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viral Mind Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from use of the website or reliance on its editorial content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Separate written studio agreements may contain their own lawful liability terms.
11. Delaware law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law gives you protections that cannot be waived. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Subject to mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes about these website terms may be brought in the state or federal courts in Delaware with jurisdiction over the matter. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to a jury trial.
12. Changes and general provisions
We may revise these terms by posting the new version and updating the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the website, and apply prospectively. An existing studio agreement changes only as that agreement permits. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
13. Contact and rights concerns
For questions, corrections, removal requests, or intellectual property concerns, email [email protected]. Include the relevant page, a description of the concern, and enough information for us to verify your authority and respond.
