Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
This policy explains how Cybeauty One handles personal information when you visit cybeautyone.com, submit an AI influencer, subscribe to The Render, or contact our studio.
1. Who we are
Cybeauty One is operated by Viral Mind Technologies, based in Delaware, United States. Viral Mind Technologies is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Feature submissions: the influencer name, Instagram handle, description, your name and email address, and your confirmation that you make or manage the influencer.
- Newsletter subscriptions: your email address and subscription preferences.
- Studio inquiries: your name, email address, company, project type, budget range, timing, and project brief. We also receive information you send by email and records needed for an agreed project.
- Public editorial information: public profile names, handles, follower counts, and other information used to research, list, and rank AI influencers.
- Technical information: our hosting and service providers receive information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and security events when delivering or protecting the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides website usage and performance measurements.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or sensitive personal information through our forms. Only share another person's information when you have the right to do so.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to review entries, maintain The Index and Chroma Chart, arrange editorial features, send the newsletter you request, answer inquiries, prepare and deliver studio projects, maintain business records, and protect the site against spam and abuse. Contact email addresses submitted privately are not published as part of an influencer listing.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for requested newsletters; steps toward, or performance of, an agreement for studio work; legitimate interests in editorial work, correspondence, and site security; and legal obligations where applicable. You can withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use providers to deliver the site, process forms, handle email, and support our work. They receive information needed for those functions:
- Cloudflare: website delivery, hosting, security, and Web Analytics. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Web3Forms: our forms send your entries to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to us. Its service also performs spam checks. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for its processing and retention practices.
- Google Fonts: your browser requests the site's fonts from Google, which receives connection information including your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Email and business service providers: providers that help us receive correspondence, deliver requested communications, and manage agreed projects.
Accepted influencer details may be published on this website and our social channels. Social platforms and external websites apply their own privacy rules when you follow their links. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, to professional advisers, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects made solely by automated processing.
5. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage is a separate browser feature that can remember a preference between visits.
- Cookie notice preference
- When you choose “Got it,” we save
cybeauty-cookie-notice-v1in local storage on this device to remember that you dismissed the notice. It contains an expiry time, not a personal identifier. We treat it as expired after 180 days and show the notice again. You can clear it through your browser settings. - Security and service technologies
- Cloudflare and form-processing infrastructure may use essential cookies or similar technologies when needed for security, abuse prevention, or service delivery. Their use and duration depend on the provider and the security checks applied.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics
- The live website loads Cloudflare's Web Analytics beacon for usage and performance statistics. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to track visitors. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
We do not place advertising cookies or use cookie-based analytics on this website. The notice is informational: dismissing it does not give consent to advertising or optional tracking. You can reopen it using “Cookie notice” in the footer. Browser controls can block cookies or clear local storage; some security or form functions may then work differently.
We do not change our practices in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. We do not use the site to track you across unrelated websites for advertising. Third-party services receive the data described above and handle it under their own policies. Where an applicable law gives an opt-out right through a recognized browser privacy signal, we honor that right.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including reviewing submissions, maintaining editorial records, providing requested communications or services, and meeting recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, our ongoing relationship, and applicable requirements. Our providers have separate retention schedules; copies in email, backups, or business records may follow different schedules.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International processing
We operate from the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the required transfer arrangements.
8. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from The Render through an unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by emailing us. You can also ask us to review, correct, or remove information you submitted, or to correct an influencer listing.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain uses. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any permitted exceptions.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying with “Privacy appeal.” You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live or, where relevant, the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit.
9. Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general adult and creator audience, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.
10. Changes and contact
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date above. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or contact affected subscribers or clients as appropriate. Where required, we will obtain consent before applying a new use of information.
